Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SynergySure Enterprises Private Limited (“SynergySure”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Blink Solar platform, including the website blinksolar.in and the Blink Solar mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account, submitting an enquiry, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Definitions

  • “Platform” means the Blink Solar website, mobile applications, APIs, and all related services operated by SynergySure Enterprises Private Limited.
  • “Customer” means any individual or household that submits an enquiry through the Platform seeking solar panel installation services.
  • “Installer” or “Vendor” means any business, firm, or individual registered on the Platform as a solar installation service provider.
  • “Lead” means a verified customer enquiry containing the Customer's contact details and service requirements, made available to an Installer through the Platform.
  • “Services” means all features, functionality, and services provided through the Platform, including marketplace matching, lead distribution, payment processing, and notifications.

3. Nature of the Platform

Blink Solar operates as a digital marketplace that connects Customers seeking residential rooftop solar panel installations with verified solar Installers. The Platform acts solely as an intermediary. SynergySure does not itself provide solar installation services, does not employ the Installers, and does not guarantee the quality, pricing, or timeline of any installation carried out by an Installer.

4. Account Registration and Verification

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Installer accounts are subject to a verification process. We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion if we determine that the information provided is inaccurate, the user has violated these Terms, or for any other lawful reason.

5. Terms for Customers

As a Customer using the Platform, the following terms apply to you:

  • Free enquiry submission — submitting an enquiry on the Platform is free of charge. You will not be charged any fees for using the Platform to find a solar installer.
  • Consent to be contacted — by submitting an enquiry, you consent to being contacted by the Installer assigned to your enquiry via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp for the purpose of discussing your solar installation requirements.
  • No guarantees — the Platform does not guarantee any specific pricing, installation timeline, subsidy approval, or outcome. All terms of the installation are agreed upon directly between you and the assigned Installer.
  • Accurate information — you agree to provide truthful and accurate information in your enquiry, including your name, phone number, address, and electricity consumption details.

6. Terms for Installers / Vendors

As an Installer using the Platform, the following terms apply to you:

  • Eligibility requirements — you must be a DISCOM-registered solar installer and must be empanelled under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana (or successor government schemes) to register on the Platform. Proof of registration and empanelment must be provided during the verification process.
  • Verification — your account will be activated only after successful verification of your credentials, business details, and empanelment status. Access to the marketplace is granted at our sole discretion.
  • Lead purchase model — leads are sold to Installers at a variable price per lead, inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). The price of each lead depends on factors including the lead's location, the lead type, and the solar system size, and is displayed to the Installer before purchase. Leads are assigned exclusively — each lead is sold to only one Installer. There is no bidding system. Full pricing details are available on our Pricing page.
  • Exclusive assignment — once a lead is purchased and assigned to you, it will not be shared with or sold to any other Installer on the Platform.
  • Professional conduct — you agree to contact the Customer promptly, provide professional service, and represent the Platform in good faith. Failure to respond to leads or unprofessional conduct may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Payments

All payments on the Platform are processed through Razorpay, our authorised payment gateway. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the final amount payable.

By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy. SynergySure is not responsible for any payment failures, delays, or issues caused by Razorpay or your bank or payment provider.

8. Refund Policy

All lead purchases are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a lead, you acknowledge that you are paying for the Customer's verified contact information and enquiry details, not for a guaranteed conversion or sale.

In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of the Blink Solar administration for leads that are demonstrably invalid — for example, where the Customer's phone number is unreachable, the enquiry contains entirely fabricated information, or the lead is a clear duplicate of a previously purchased lead. To request a review, contact us at support@blinksolar.in within 48 hours of the lead purchase.

9. Lead Quality

The Platform takes reasonable steps to verify the Customer's phone number and basic details before a lead is made available to Installers. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of all information provided by the Customer, the Customer's intent to proceed with an installation, or the conversion of any lead into a completed project. The purchase of a lead is the purchase of a verified enquiry, not a guaranteed sale.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Submitting fake, misleading, or fraudulent enquiries or account information.
  • Spamming Customers or Installers through the Platform or using information obtained from the Platform for unsolicited communication.
  • Circumventing the Platform by directly soliciting Customers or Installers whose details were obtained through Blink Solar, without completing the transaction through the Platform.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform through automated means.
  • Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, without refund.

11. Intellectual Property

The Blink Solar name, logo, brand identity, website design, mobile application, source code, and all related intellectual property are the exclusive property of SynergySure Enterprises Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

Blink Solar operates as an intermediary marketplace. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • SynergySure is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or timeliness of any solar installation performed by an Installer.
  • SynergySure is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any information provided through the Platform.
  • Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Platform in the 3 (three) months preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may delete your account by contacting us at support@blinksolar.in. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding payment obligations survive termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall continue to apply.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 (thirty) days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by the parties, with the seat and venue of arbitration in the State of Haryana, India. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts located in the State of Haryana, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and SynergySure with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral.

18. Waiver

The failure of SynergySure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective only if made in writing and signed by SynergySure.
