Blink Solar, operated by SynergySure Enterprises Private Limited, is a digital marketplace that connects customers seeking rooftop solar installations with verified, government-empanelled installers. This page explains how pricing works on the Platform for both customers and installers.
Customers use Blink Solar free of charge. Submitting an enquiry, being matched with a verified installer, and receiving a quote carry no fees, charges, or commissions of any kind. Customers are never asked to pay Blink Solar at any stage.
Installers pay a price per lead based on the customer's estimated system size, billed in steps of approximately ₹99 per kilowatt-peak (kWp):
These prices are exclusive of taxes. The final payable amount (lead price + 18% GST) is shown to you before payment, and a GST tax invoice is issued for every purchase.
There are no subscriptions, joining fees, or hidden charges — you pay only for the leads you choose to unlock, and every lead is sold to one installer only.
The lead price tier is set by the customer's estimated system size, expressed in kilowatt-peak (kWp). This estimate is used to match the lead to an installer and to set the price tier.
Estimated system size is derived from the customer's monthly electricity bill, stated consumption, or stated preference, and is a figure for matching and pricing only — not a verified or guaranteed installable capacity. The actual maximum installable size depends on the customer's DISCOM-sanctioned (contracted) load, available shadow-free roof area, structural feasibility, and the installer's own site assessment. Blink Solar does not warrant the estimate, and any difference between the estimated and actual installable size is not grounds for a refund.
Every lead is sold exclusively to a single installer. Once a lead is purchased, it is not shared with or sold to any other installer on the Platform. There is no bidding system and no auction — one lead, one installer.
All payments are processed through Razorpay, our authorised payment gateway, and all prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Lead prices are exclusive of GST; 18% GST is added at checkout. The final payable amount (lead price + 18% GST) is shown to you before payment, and a GST tax invoice is issued for every purchase.
Lead purchases are final and non-refundable, except for demonstrably invalid leads reviewed within 48 hours of purchase. Full details are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
