1. Overview

Blink Solar, operated by SynergySure Enterprises Private Limited, is a digital marketplace that connects customers seeking rooftop solar installations with verified, government-empanelled installers. This page explains how pricing works on the Platform for both customers and installers.

2. For Customers — Always Free

Customers use Blink Solar free of charge. Submitting an enquiry, being matched with a verified installer, and receiving a quote carry no fees, charges, or commissions of any kind. Customers are never asked to pay Blink Solar at any stage.

3. For Installers — Pay Per Lead

Installers pay a variable price per lead, which is inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). There are no subscriptions, joining fees, or hidden charges — installers pay only for the leads they choose to purchase.

The exact price of each lead is displayed to the installer before purchase. The price shown is the final, all-inclusive amount payable; no additional taxes are charged on top.

4. What Determines the Price of a Lead

The price of a lead varies based on the following factors:

• Lead location — the district or region the customer is located in.
• Lead type — for example, residential or commercial enquiries.
• System size — the estimated capacity of the solar system the customer is enquiring about.

5. Exclusive Leads — No Bidding

Every lead is sold exclusively to a single installer. Once a lead is purchased, it is not shared with or sold to any other installer on the Platform. There is no bidding system and no auction — one lead, one installer.

6. Payments and GST

All payments are processed through Razorpay, our authorised payment gateway, and all prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Every lead price displayed on the Platform is inclusive of GST at the prevailing rate — the amount shown at the time of purchase is the final amount payable.

7. Refunds

Lead purchases are final and non-refundable, except for demonstrably invalid leads reviewed within 48 hours of purchase. Full details are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
