Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled on the Blink Solar platform, operated by SynergySure Enterprises Private Limited (“SynergySure”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). It applies to all transactions processed through the Platform and should be read together with our Terms of Service and Pricing page.

2. Customer Enquiries — No Charge

Customers do not pay any fees to use the Platform. Submitting an enquiry and receiving quotes from verified installers is free of charge. As customers are never charged, there is no payment to cancel and no refund to process for customer enquiries.

3. Installer Lead Purchases — Final and Non-Refundable

All lead purchases by Installers are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a lead, you acknowledge that you are paying for the Customer's verified contact information and enquiry details, not for a guaranteed conversion or sale.

Leads are assigned exclusively and made available instantly upon purchase. Because a lead is delivered immediately and cannot be returned once its contact details have been disclosed, a purchased lead cannot be cancelled.

4. Invalid-Lead Exception

In exceptional circumstances, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of the Blink Solar administration for leads that are demonstrably invalid. A lead may be considered invalid where:

  • the Customer's phone number is unreachable or invalid;
  • the enquiry contains entirely fabricated information; or
  • the lead is a clear duplicate of a previously purchased lead.

A request for review under this exception must be raised within 48 hours of the lead purchase. Requests raised after 48 hours will not be considered.

5. How to Request a Refund Review

To request a review of a lead under the invalid-lead exception, send an email to support@blinksolar.in within 48 hours of the lead purchase, including:

  • the lead ID or reference number;
  • the date and time of purchase;
  • a clear description of why the lead is invalid, with any supporting evidence (such as call logs or screenshots).

6. Refund Processing

We will acknowledge your request and complete our review within 7 (seven) business days of receiving it. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method through Razorpay, our authorised payment gateway. Once processed, the refunded amount is typically credited within 5–7 business days, subject to the timelines of your bank or payment provider. The decision of the Blink Solar administration on any refund request is final.
