You can delete your BlinkSolar vendor account and associated data at any time, in two ways.
Option A — In the app (fastest)
Profile → Delete Account → confirm
Your account and data are removed immediately.
Option B — By request (if you've uninstalled the app)
Email support@blinksolar.in from the phone number or email address on your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We verify ownership and process the deletion within 7 (seven) days.
What gets deleted
- Your vendor profile — business name, GSTIN, and contact details.
- Your login / authentication record — the phone number used to sign in.
- Your service-area selections and app notifications — including your push notification token.
What we retain, and why
- Records of completed lead purchases and payments — retained for 7 (seven) years as required by Indian tax and GST law. These are kept in de-identified financial records and are not used to contact you after deletion.
